-1.5 cups broccoli florets
-1 tsp olive oil
-1 1/2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
-1 tbsp nutritional yeast
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp paprika
-Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Boil broccoli florets for about 5 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. Add a thin layer of shredded parmesan cheese to a parchment lined baking sheet. Place the florets on top, and gently smash each one down with the back of a spoon.
3. Mix olive oil, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
4. Drizzle your smashed broccoli with the seasoning oil.
5. Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes until crispy.

-1 tsp olive oil or cooking spray

1. Preheat air-fryer to 375°F
2. Toss the edamame with olive oil and seasonings.
3. Spread in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
4. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway, until crispy.
5. Let cool slightly before serving.

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic powder, & chopped dill.
2. Slice the mini cucumbers into spears or coins.
3. Halve or quarter the strawberries and cherry tomatoes.
4. Arrange the carrot sticks alongside the other produce for visual variety.
5. Roll or fold the turkey or chicken slices.
6. Assemble your snack box or plate: place the yogurt dip in a ramekin or one corner, then fan out each component in its own section.
7. Add the rice chips last to keep it crunchy until serving.
